Age Specific Classes
- Vitalize - our popular 50+ strength and fitness program aimed at increasing health and vitality. Vitalize operates 3 times per week in the gymnasium and is supervised by a trained gym instructor who will prescribe exercises that are beneficial to the mature body. Strength training is one of the most important activities that people over 50 must incorporate into a healthy living program. Vitalize times are on the timetable and operate for several hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Fit Kids Now
- Re-Creation Trackside is home to a fantastic program for kids fitness which runs Monday - Thursdays after school. The program combines fitness and skill base exercise to promote a healthy lifestyle
