Light and bright, this air-conditioned studio allows you to enjoy exercising with  TV screens and and a user friendly audio system.  NO TIME LIMITS!  First in Australia, unique ‘My Ride’ virtual spin screens offering a choice of over 100 x 30 minute instructor led spin classes any time you like.

Group Exercise Room

Large open group exercise room capacity 40 participants.

Hot Yoga Room

Get the benefits of Hot Yoga, stretch and Pilates at 38C to improve strength, mobility, metabolism, detox and immune function.

Spin

Creche

Government registered childcare centre with experienced staff and age appropriate activities. Brightly coloured, light and airy, the kids can’t wait to get there! BOOKINGS REQUIRED.

Swim School

This well established swim school is highly regarded in the Hampton area. Providing childrens’ swimming lessons for over 20 years it caters for babies through to pre-schoolers in a nurturing, non-threatening environment. A large carpeted waiting area with LCD, fridge, microwave, hairdryer and tables and chairs, enables parents/carers to wait comfortably whilst viewing their children through glass windows. All teachers are fully accredited.

Changerooms

New and clean with showers, hairdryers, hair straighteners and member and guest lockers.

The latest in infrared saunas are situated in both the mens and ladies changerooms.
